How can Spotify escape the 70% royalty trap? A proposal for a DIY service ecosystem for independent artists plus an operational restructuring, with a self-funded 10-year roadmap. 50-page report and executive presentation.

Time Pill — sales website and investor poster

Launch concept for a smart pill dispenser connecting patient, family and doctor. I designed and built the sales website (salesletter) and the full financial model, and co-designed the investor poster: value proposition, market comparison and a 3-year financial projection.

Team project: joint concept; the website and the financial model are entirely mine, and the poster was co-designed with another team member.
